Amy Hopkins is an advocate for wellness – plain and simple. Since earning her nursing degree from the University of New Hampshire and her massage certification from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy, she has spent the last 17 years creating a body of professional wellness work.
During her early years working in Maternal/Child nursing in various hospital settings, Amy’s interest in holistic medicine was reinforced as she saw first-hand the need for it in her patients and in herself. In 1998, an adventurous move to Colorado stimulated her passion for all-things-healthy, mind, body, and spirit. It was here that Amy realized that wellness would be her life’s work.
In 2009, Amy opened GLOW, LLC – an innovative studio that is the culmination of Amy’s unique blend of expertise, commitment to wellness and desire to develop and share this holistic perspective with her community and beyond.

When Cherise’s oldest son was 7 years old, he had trouble falling asleep at night due to a “busy” mind, which led her to sign him up for a kid’s yoga class. When she saw the positive changes happening in him, she decided to also try a yoga class for herself and has been hooked ever since!
After having a personal yoga practice for 7 years, Cherise decided to train for her two loves; yoga and massage. Graduating from Yoga On York’s 200 hour teacher training, and Hesser College with her massage therapy diploma in 2010, Cherise feels that the combination of yoga and massage work well together to cultivate a mindful, holistic approach to health and wellness. After having owned her own Yoga and Massage Studio in Hampton NH, she is happy to be back in her hometown of York Maine after the arrival of her baby girl and the energy of her two teenage boys. Cherise most loves spending time with her kids, yoga, running, reading, and learning all things new!
